The restaurant was great with homemade meals here, I had freshly cooked dishes. The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from Partia Durau. The hotel was located about 5 minutes walk from center.

This hotel is a fantastic base for a trip in Durau. The venue's staff are nice. The hotel has a favourable location on the mountains. It's also just next door to Ceahlau summit, and Ceahlau Massif🙂😀

There were a few downsides to my stay. First, the space where the second bed was located was cramped, especially for taller individuals.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Taverna Ceahlau! The vibe, atmosphere, and view from our room were all unbelievable. The rooms were gorgeously decorated in an authentic mountain style, and we loved the cozy heat and everything, including the TV, worked great. The highlight was definitely eating at the taverna and trying their authentic mountain food. We highly recommend the chicken saslac or pizza. We can't wait to come back next year to this amazing place in the mountains.

The room I stayed in had an amazing view of the mountain and river. It made waking up in the morning feel like a dream come true. As someone who loves nature, this was the perfect setting for me.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the private bathroom in every room. I prefer having a communal bathroom where I can meet other guests and have a chance to socialize.

The on-site bar was a charming spot to unwind after a long day of.well, doing absolutely nothing. The distance from Suceava International Airport was just perfect, because who doesn't love a scenic road trip?

It was such a shame that I couldn't find a secret passage to connect my room with the staff downstairs. How else could they have possibly known what I needed without my constant presence?

The friendly staff provides excellent service, with attentive and helpful manners. Additionally, the traditional food served at the tavern is delicious and the breakfast options are satisfying.

The washroom could use some improvement, as it is quite small and cramped.
